The Annual General Meeting is the place where the members of the station have their say in the overall direction: receiving the annual report, receiving the financial statements, appointing the auditors and electing the new board.
The station’s fiscal year ends on August 31st each year, so Annual General Meetings are held in January or February to allow time for the preparation of financial statements.
