Speak Up – Advance Care Planning
Consider this a gift for your family and for yourself as a chance to make your wishes known by writing an advanced care plan. Heather Campbell, of the Family Health Care Team, will be speaking on Wednesday, May 9th at 1:30 p.m. in the Picton Town Hall, 2 Ross Street. Everyone will receive a planning booklet, to follow up at home. This starts the conversations that every family needs to have at the kitchen table.
