Vimy & the Boy Soldier from Hillier

In 1914, 13 year old Hillier farm boy, Clarence Thompson, walked out of the Picton high school and enlisted. By 1917, he was laying barbed wire at Vimy Ridge. 100 years later, the senior drama class from Picton high school tells his story in a short play at Hillier Hall, 18560 Loyalist Parkway, on Thursday, November 9th. Shows at 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $20.00.
