You don’t need a reason to laugh. You just need a reason to show up. Laughter Yoga combines intentional laughter with gentle breathwork to flood your body with feel-good chemistry, no jokes or flexibility required. Rooted in the science of play and the medicine of breath, a single session can shift your nervous system in ways that last for days.
