Pamela Stagg, host of The County, Naturally, spoke with Rick Gray, principal author of The Gardener’s Guide to Native Plants of the Southern Great Lakes Region, which Pamela calls an “amazing guide.” Artscene co-host Sarah Moran’s guests were Devin Marshall, artist participant, and Brandy Lee Wilkes of Community Living Prince Edward. They discussed Art Flow at County Arts Lab and the importance of inclusion and belonging for people with intellectual disabilities. On The County Cooks, Liz Moran spoke with David Correa, Executive Chef of The Waring House, about food, travel and culture.

Picton’s first Fashion Week is right around the corner! It’s a weeklong event designed to bring local businesses together by celebrating the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of the community. Two organizers, Krystal Campbell (from the Business Improvement Association) and Nicole Voskamp join us in studio to talk about workshops and events being held throughout the week including the main event, Sip, Shop & Strut on the Friday night. We’ll also learn about the two runway shows Mode Elle is producing at The Armoury on the Saturday, and lots more!
