SERVICES

Every day thousands of Canadians are waiting for the gift of life through an organ transplant, yet many have never taken the simple step of officially registering their wishes to donate. Co-founder and President of the Quinte Organ Transplant Support Group, Mark Londry, will talk about the realities of organ donation and transplantation. We’ll explore the current need for organ donors, dispel the most common myths, learn how easy it is to register as a donor in Ontario, and hear some remarkable stories of how transplant recipients’ lives have been forever changed by another person’s generosity. This is an interview that could change the way you think about organ donation—and perhaps even save a life.
