Dr. Adamek with the PEFHT invites you to the 1st “Walk With a Doc” event on Tuesday, May 3rd at 8:00 a.m. at the Mill Pond Park in Bloomfield and which will continue on the 1st Tuesday of each month, same time and place. A fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health and meet new friends.
The event is FREE, and all are welcome. Registration at 7:45 am.
