99.3 County FM Supporting Cast: Behind the Scenes

Anne Russell hosts Music Flow Tuesdays 10:00 to 2:00 and co-hosts What’s Happening on Thursday Grapevine. Anne’s friends always rely on her to win the music section of any trivia contests that they enter.

Chris has been selling National ads and promotions for 99.3 CountyFM since before on-air in 2014.

Cheryl Singer is one of the co-hosts of Friday’s Artscene. Cheryl is happy to be part of the crew bringing you all the news of the art scene happening in Prince Edward County.

Volunteering with reception duties and membership/volunteer administration are Deb’s prime duties.

David works part-time as head of creative for 99.3, handling advertising. promotions, and imaging. He also hosts Regent Rock from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Donna volunteers behind the scenes with the admin team and hosts the Afternoon Drive from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Gage is the Production Team Lead at 99.3 CountyFM, managing the production process of the multitude of shows and segments made by the station’s volunteers and DJs.

Gerry moved to the County in 2017 and began volunteering with 99.3 CountyFM shortly thereafter.

Gillian works behind the scenes doing project management and admin work. She has been an avid 99.3 listener since moving to the county in 2019.

Gwen volunteered behind the scenes in administration.

Ian Batt worked for Lipton (Unilever) in marketing, responsible for retail marketing and local brand activities.

Jack MacCool is working at 99.3 CountyFM as the 2023 Canada Summer Job Grant recipient.

Jim (JJ) Johnston is the Chairman of the Board of 99.3. He also hosts the Morning Drive from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m on Monday.

Judy voluteers behind the scenes on reception. Judy spent the last 10+ years of her career in the radio industry.

Krista co-hosts What’s Happening on Grapevine on Thursdays. She also volunteers behind the scenes on reception.

Lin started at 99.3 County FM as a volunteer lending us her voice for commercials. She applied for the Traffic role and started working with the station as a part-time staff member in December 2019.

As well as serving on the board of 99.3, Lynn produces/hosts The County Writes…The County Reads and acts as supervising producer/co-host of The County Grapevine.

Mark co-hosts Folk Roots from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Matthew works to maintain 99.3 transmission tower systems.

Megan is the host of New Music which can be heard every Monday from 8 to 10am.

Renay hosts Monday Afternoons with Renay every Monday from 2 to 4pm.

Suzanne volunteered to work with and direct local writers and actors to produce radio plays for our New Horizons, Seniors Making Waves project.
