Consecon Soap Box Derby
Saturday, July 30th the Ameliasburgh Recreation Committee is holding the 6th annual Consecon Soap Box Derby, a free event open to girls & boys ages 7 through 15 years. Build your own car. Free design plans available. No car, no problem, they have a fleet of cars available. Be at the Mill Street Hill, County Road 29, Conceson for registration at 10:30 a.m.; Races begin at 12:00 noon. Competitors will have 2 runs for best overall time. Fastest time wins category, working brakes & helmets are mandatory.
