Join the John M Parrott Art Gallery for the opening reception of “Perspectives” on Thursday, September 29th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for the 49th annual juried exhibition of the Belleville Art Association. Each year the membership submits outstanding works to be juried and each year the exhibition is exhilarating and surprising.
