The Winter Survival Workshop Team brings you Personal Selling training on Tuesday, November 29th from 9:30 a.m. until noon at the Picton Town Hall, 2 Ross Street, Picton. You will take away steps to the sales process, ways to become an effective listener, an understanding of your customer needs and good customer relations and what to do with a difficult customer.
