Helen Morris is CountyFM’s office co-ordinator and is sometimes referred to as ‘the glue that holds the place together’. Helen moved to the County in 2018 and soon after began volunteering in an admin capacity and working with the General Manager on a variety of projects. She came onboard as a part-time employee in early 2023.
Prior to moving to Prince Edward County, Helen had a career in investment banking in Canada and the U.S. then made a major career change and became a funeral director in her mid forties. Upon arriving in the County, Helen immersed herself into the County’s growing wine business, acting as an ‘ambassador’ for County wine, as well as for PEC tourism in general, in the tasting rooms at Rosehall Run Vineyards. As she often says, “there are no strangers here; only friends you haven’t yet met.”
