Carol does news every Friday at noon.

Born and raised in Scarborough and Kingston, Ontario, Carol prefers to consider herself a citizen of the world, having lived in New Mexico, Colorado, and most recently, Spain; and travelling extensively throughout the world while working for the Toronto broadcaster, Chum City International. Her early fascination for language and music led to her B.A. in foreign languages with two minors – one in classical (violin) music and one in competitive sports (tennis); she still frequents open mics in The County but odds are you’ll hear her singing classic rock rather than classical fare now. Prior to working in television she had the pleasure of working with the iconic 1050 Chum Radio station on Yonge Street. Carol moved to The County with her bandmate and husband, Joe, and their Spanish rescue cat “Jet” 3 years ago, and when not reading the News can be found in the Century21 Picton office where she’d be happy to list or show you that property.
